Terms and Conditions of Reused Equipment
Procurement
Trident Pharm buys back reused medical equipment in acceptable working condition. Our team will assess the condition and make you an offer. All items must be brought into our premises for evaluation, with the exception of bulky items. We suggest that you call in before coming to ensure the suitably qualified personnel are available.
We offer better prices for products originally purchased from us.
Products we buy back include - nursing beds, wheelchairs, ward furniture, oxygen tanks, oxygen concentrators etc
We do not buy back commodes and personal items like mattresses, cushions etc
All reused items will be on cash and carry basis. No reservations will be entertained and sale is strictly on first come first serve basis.
Selling
All items purchased by the customer is on an "as is" basis. Trident will not restore, repair or make good any failings of the reused equipment once sold to the customer.
It will be the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all equipment purchased meet the requirement and is of acceptable quality and functionality. No returns or exchanges will be entertained, except buy back. Buyers must make the effort to see the reused product for themselves and decide.
We ensure that all reused items offered are available for viewing so clients can make an informed choice.
No warranty cover will be extended on reused equipment unless expressly indicated with a warranty card. |
